There are two paths - the communication path and leadership path. These paths support the mission of Toastmasters which is to

Toastmaster (TM) - This is the newest member to the Toastmasters organization. Once the TM completes 10 speeches out of the Competent Communicator Handbook, the member will become a CC.

Advanced Communicator Bronze (ACB)

Advanced Communicator Silver (ACS)

Advanced Communicator Gold (ACG)

Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) - This is the highest distinguishment one can receive in Toastmasters.
