General Evaluator

What:  The General Evaluator evaluates everything that takes place during the meeting.  The General Evaluator is also responsible for evaluating the evaluations.

Who:  This is a slightly more advanced role, so it is normally performed by members that are familiar with the club and its procedures.

Why:  It is very important to have someone observing each meeting to ensure that we note and repeat best practices, accomplishments and positive changes, as well as comment on and make us aware of things that may not have been done correctly or could be improved upon.

How:  The General Evaluator takes note of everything that takes place during the meeting that needs to be commented on.  The General Evaluator gives his/her report on the overall meeting so that everyone can learn from and improve upon best practices.
